It is not always easy to make best of lists for actors in Hollywood today. I love doing it, but some actors just don’t have enough good movies to choose from to do so. Fortunately, Samuel L. Two words: Jules Winnfield. There are few characters in the past few decades that touch the awesomeness that this Samuel L. Jackson gangster had in Pulp Fiction. Jules Winnfield gave way to many of the great quotes in any Quentin Tarantino film.
It would be crazy to not include Jurassic Park on this list. Many people forget that Samuel L. Jackson was even in this film, but after watching it again recently, his presence is most definitely felt in this movie.
Another movie of his that is certainly worthy of praise is none other than Patriot Games. As far as the Jack Ryan saga goes, this film slightly edges out clear and present danger in my opinion.
While he may not have starred in Coming To America, he certainly left his trademark on this classic comedy starring Eddie Murphy along with Arsenio Hall. This movie still retains its hilarity to this day, which is not the case for many movies of its time.
One other film that needs to be included on this list is Star Wars Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith. Samuel L. Jackson was awesome in the Star Wars saga and while episodes I and II were lackluster, episode III pulled out all the stops.
